Africa has made remarkable progress in recent years in advancing primary health care. However, significant challenges persist, such as limited access to quality healthcare services, insufficient infrastructure, and inadequate human capital in the private sector.
Africa’s debt burden has grown so huge (estimated at about 726.55 billion US dollars as of 2021), that, realistically there is little chance for significant economic and social advancement on the continent unless effective measures are urgently pet in place to address them.
